For children, pendant is ok, but otherwise ring should be preferred as it provides better contact with the skin
Can I take off the gems in night, or whenever I feel so?
It is better to continuously wear a gemstone. In case you take it off, It may get misplaced, you may forget to wear it again, etc. If you feel that it is not giving any results, then you need to discuss it with us.In case it is causing physical discomfort, because ring is little tight, then you need to loosen the ring,which is quite easy.
